PAYMENT NOT REFLECTED
If you have completed a payment, but it is not reflecting in our system, rest assured, we will investigate the issue promptly. If the payment is confirmed but not credited to us, the debited amount will be refunded to you within 7 working days.
ITEM OUT OF STOCK
In case the item you have ordered is out of stock after the payment has been made, we will notify you immediately, and the debited amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
If the address you have provided is undeliverable by our courier partner, we will contact you to resolve the issue. In cases where the address cannot be served, we will initiate a refund of the debited amount within 7 working days.
